AI call analysis has removed the guesswork from coaching — replacing "I think I did fine" with real, usable data. Being able to see exactly where conversations go well and where they go sideways has made feedback easier, fairer, and a lot less awkward. The biggest surprise has been how positive it's been for the team. Everyone knows what "good" looks like now, and we're having better conversations internally without adding extra admin.
